It is built in an area of 5.000 square meters, its facilities make a total of 7.230 metros², which allows to have 58 rooms, a smoker's room, a business center and WiFi Internet access in all places inside the hotel, a restaurant, a exclusive swimming pool with bar, a barbecue area and a hall for events with capacity for 110 people.

Its architectural design is modern. For building, the best materials and cutting-edge techniques were used. In some areas, the brick work is in sight, the floors are made with a special kind of brick called "layota" which is glazed, there are also pillars and concrete columns in sight. The wood and leather furniture in dark tones, is enhanced by the immaculate white walls. Dichroic and recessed lights, strategically placed, add the aura of warmth and intimacy to the rooms.

However, the spaces that make up the exterior, are highlighted by the clear light, which allows natural light enter through large glass openings, just covered with translucent voile curtains. Luxurious furniture and precious decoration complements characterize the many environments that can be dedicated for resting and pleasure.
